Online Shipping Information
LUX12 online orders will ship via various preffered carriers. Our policy is to strive for the best possible combination of price and service for your shipment. Overnight shipments will arrive the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after departing LUX12. 2-Day Air shipments arrive two business days after departing LUX12. On-time delivery for both methods are guaranteed by our preffered carriers.
Shipping delays may occur during busy holidays or in the spring - we will do our best to accommodate last minute and expedited orders placed during these times. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of online placement. Orders must be placed by 1pm (PST) Monday-Friday in order to be eligible for that day's Overnight or 2-Day Air shipments. Orders for residential delivery placed on Sunday or Monday will not be shipped until Tuesday and orders for business delivery placed on weekends will not ship until Monday, so please take this into consideration when specifying expedited shipping requests. Some products are subject to shipping restrictions because of size or weight and may be delayed because of these reasons.
You are entitled to receive FREE USPS FIrst Class Package if you place an order of $45 or more (order subtotal prior to shipping cost) for shipping to all contiguous 48 states, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and APO addresses. The free shipping rate will be reflected automatically during the checkout process.
LUX12 will exchange or refund merchandise purchased through our website, within 30 days of product receipt, accompanied by the original sales receipt* and in new, unused condition with tag.
Any Defective product may be returned within 30 days of product receipt.
Please contact LUX12 prior to returning any merchandise for warranty or defective consideration.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). Please contact us to receive your RMA # before returning an item. Upon receipt of your RMA #, please clearly write this RMA # on the outside of the box containing your return and then ship it back to us. We recommend that you fully insure any item(s) that you return to us just to be safe. As for the return process:
• All returns will be inspected prior to a refund being issued.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties and taxes.
• A restocking fee of 10% of the original purchase price may be applicable.
• Refund will be calculated as follows*:
[Original sales price + any applicable sales tax – any applicable restocking fee]
• Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the item.
* Upon inspection, if we determine that the item was inaccurately condition rated or described, we will issue you a complete refund, including original and return shipping.
